Stained glass window in the chapel of St. Margaret, in Edinburgh, Lothianshire, Scotland more
Medieval window with more recent stained glass depicting a monk or priest wearing a purple robe and carrying a staff. Or maybe it’s from when Gandalf visited Scotland?
The stained glass is actually by Douglas Strachan, who mode, donated and installed it in 1922, replacing some windows from 1845. This window depicts one of St. Andrew, St.Columba (most likely), St. Margaret or Sir William Wallace.
