Buildings, a fountain, a car, flowers, all it needs is a subject. I sometimes say pictures like this have Invisible Helicopters, the point being that there should be something to attract the eye in the composition. But it would be a good stock photo as a background, perhaps. If you put a person here, don’t forget the shadows!
